In the past I was always busy with finding trustworthy people who could rent out and take care of my holiday house in San Antonio. There were years that I gave it to a real estate broker who claimed he could find renters easy enough. Mostly he found English youngsters that rented it for the two of them. Within 3 days there were not 2 but 22 people spending a very dazed holiday in my house. Or he rented it out to a couple of Moroccans who did not want to leave it when I wanted it back. The judge had to step in and could only get them out when I could show that they did not pay rent for the last 8 months. So I learned my lesson, I also learned how to clean, redecorate end repair all the damages done, they even took out all the electricity wiring once and I had to rewire it completely. So I decided not to let my house any longer. But I found it a bit annoying that during the summer months the house, that could bring some money, stood alone and was only costing. Therefore I was very glad that I discovered Ibiza Budget Holiday Housing. They took care of everything. Renters, cleaning, keys and most important money. And I could tell them exactly when my house could be rented out and when I myself wanted it. An ideal situation. A pity that I never heard of it before, than I would have been able to get better results years and years earlier.

Ibiza Budget Holiday Housing is interested in all kind of housing. Studio's, flats, villa's, apartments, farms, hotel rooms, camping bungalows, you name it and we want it. Small or big, with or without a view, in a village or outside of it in the bush. For 1 person or for 20 persons. Contact us by mail or phone and we arrange a meeting to visit you, oversee the premises and discuss with you what can be done by us.
Together we set a price.
If you are not sure which price to ask, we can help you to set a price that is in line with market prices for your kind of property. Thereby we also look at the special benefits your house is going to offer possible renters, where it is situated and to the surroundings. So you can be sure the price we ask for it will be market conform.
You're completely free to let it yourself.
If you are used to take care of your own rentals, please continue. We only want it for the time that you don't have a use for it. We put it on our site and fill the weeks you don't want to rent it out in as being booked. And even if you change your mind about some periods, let us know some days in advance and if your house is not booked through us or reserved, it is all yours. Of course you don't pay us a dime for this periods. Only when we find renters for those periods you don't want it for yourself, than you pay us 10% of the rent we realize for you.
We take care of
Cleaning
If you have your own cleaning people, it is fine with us. If not, we can arrange that your house will be cleaned at the start and at the end of the rental periods. Plus once a week in between. The cleaning includes also fresh linen and towels, and we can take care of the washing and drying. If this is be done by your own people, you pay them directly. If it should be done by us, we deduct the costs from the rent we realize for you. Extra's will be paid to us by the renters and then paid to the cleaning people.
Keys
If you have an arrangement with people who hold the keys to your house, please inform them that we are involved with letting your apartment and that they can expect a call from us. Some days before renters will arrive, we will call them to collect the keys. We will arrange with them eventual cleaning, and the date we will bring back the keys. If not, you can leave your keys with us and we take care of everything.
Schedule
The purpose of your action is, to rent out your apartment as often as possible. That means that a tight schedule is necessary to ensure this. We take care of that schedule and make it as profitable for you as possible. We will incorporate your own wishes in this schedule and work around these. And you can control it through the website.
Money
The bottom line. In this you'll have to give us at least the benefit of the doubt. At the end of the season, end of October, we have your oversight ready, together with the money we have made for you. Clear, with all necessary attachments and receipts. Or if you prefer it on earlier dates, this is also possible, but than, please let us know. Two or three days in advance of your visit. And through our website you can follow exactly what periods we let your apartment so you know how much money we owe you.
