1.
Upon the sending of your reservation/booking e-mail, with dates and personal data, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address as specified by you, in which we inform you that we have accepted your reservation. This e-mail will be send to you within 48 hours after you have sent your e-mail to us. In our e-mail we confirm your reservation with the code umber of the object you desire and the date of your arrival and the date of your departure. Your arrival has to be before 19.00 p.m. and your departure before 12.00 p.m. In this confirmation mail we also mention the total amount we would like to receive from you for the object and period as mentioned. This is excluding eventual extra costs for cleaning and the caution you have to pay. From the mentioned amount we want to receive 50% in advance in our bank account that will be  mentioned in this mail as well. If we do not receive this 50% within 14 workdays after we’ve send the confirmation mail, we cancel your reservation and proceed in placing the housing you wanted for the period you wanted in the market again.

After we have received your payment of 50% within 14 workdays we will make your reservation into a solid booking. We confirm this by sending a confirmation by post to the address you specified in your e-mail. In this confirmation we will mention the object and the dates again, as well as the total amount you have to pay for renting the object. We also state that we have already received a 50% payment from you and that you have to pay the remaining 50% in our office in order to obtain the key to the object you rented. On the backside of this confirmation we will print this conditions again and upon presenting yourself with this confirmation in our office you will be asked to sign a copy of this confirmation.

You will come to our office the day that your rent will start, during the office hours as mentioned elsewhere. If you are not able to be there during those hours, please give us a call: ++31653524856, and we may be able to arrange another appointment. The moment you are being handed your key you pay us the remaining 50% of the total rent, plus a caution of 300 euros. These 300 euros are for damages and losses as caused by you and will be given back the moment you depart, provided there is no necessity to charge you for these damages or losses or for extra cleaning.

After you have received the key we will lead you to the rented object. Either leading you in your car or in our car. When we reach the rented object we will proceed in getting you used to the rented object. We will also ask you to sign a list of contents of the object to be kept together with your caution.

We explain about the cleaning. If possible the cleaning man or lady will be present as well. If you want more cleaning, you can mention it and we will make sure that the cleaning people know about this. We also let you know by then what the extra charge will be. In the rental price is included the cleaning at the start, at the end and once every week of your stay.
6.
Linen will be provided for the beds you are going to use, as well as two towels per person and a washcloth. For the dishwashing there will be also two towels. The linen, the towels and the washcloths will be renewed during the weekly cleaning. If you want more often renewal, please let us know and we can take care and tell you how much extra we will charge for it.
7.
Towels cannot be taken out of the house and are purely meant for use within the house. If you want towels for the beach or at the swimming pool you should bring them yourself.
8.
If there is damage to the house, or if there are losses, you have to notify us as soon as possible. We take care of reparation or replacement and determine whose responsibility it is to pay for the reparation or replacement.
9.
The day before your departure you should tell us what time you plan to leave. This should be at the latest at 12.00 p.m. We than come to the house and will control everything following the list of contents you signed before. If everything is in order we sign the list and hand you the 300 euros you paid as caution. If there are items damaged or missing we deduct these items from the caution. If we have agreed that extra cleaning should be deducted from the caution as well, we do so. Thereafter you hand us the keys and your stay in this house will be over. Note that for this proceedings it is safe to calculate half an hour, so arrange your departure time accordingly.
10.
After you paid the first 50% and we made your reservation into a solid booking, it can be possible that you are not going to be able to consume your booking. In that case notify us as soon as possible. We than can try to rent out the object again. If we succeed in it, we pay you back your 50% and distract 10% administration costs. If we do not succeed in renting it out again we cannot pay you back. Use the confirmation letter we send you to try and get your insurance company to indemnify you.
11.
If you want to annul your booking less than 14 workdays before your booking should take effect, we cannot do that. You are obliged to pay the full amount and we will send you a bill by post. You than can try to get your insurance company to indemnify you.
12.
You rent the object as is described in the confirmation letter only for the period mentioned in this letter. If you want an extension of your stay, you have to check with us if this is possible. If so, we will notify you in writing. If you make the object available to other people after you accepted the keys, we will hold you responsible for the damages and/or losses to the property and/or the property owners.
13.
Any disagreements that occur regarding your rental, which cannot be dealt with in a mutual understanding way, will be given to the ordeal of a Spanish judge.

14.
I have read the above conditions and agree.
